Missouri Press Association has Active, Associate, Friend of Missouri Press and Online members. Active and Online members enjoy all the benefits of membership. Associate members are people in related fields or industries and those who have retired from newspaper work. Friend of Missouri Press members are newspapers that do not meet all of the qualifications for full membership. They enjoy all benefits except the right to hold office and enter contests.

• 60.6% of Missourians often go to the Internet for more information that they read about in their newspaper.
• 96.3% of Missourians have not changed their subscription status with their local newspaper since visiting the newspapers website.
